SENSEI SUSPENSION
Where’s BOB?
Our Trail platform bikes achieve optimal pedaling efficiency without making any compromises in its kinematics or geometry. Regardless of the gear you’re in, the anti-squat is positioned in the sweet spot. The SENSEI anti-squat properties effectively minimize pedal-kickback, further enhancing the overall performance. These characteristics create a suspension system that exhibits predictable behavior and delivers a BOB free ride.
It looks different
The Sensei suspension bikes look different for a good reason, it’s has been made to be ridden on all types of terrain and has a controlled and predictable ride feel. Simply put, the beginning stroke has a high leverage ratio, providing sensitivity and traction. The mid-stroke provides support for pedaling, cornering, and pumping. The leverage ratio curve flattens out to provide bottom-out resistance when approaching the end of the travel.
WHAT ARE RACE AXLES?
Sensei suspension has a bridgeless swingarm. Our axles have bores that create a rigid construction for the swingarm. This design allows for massive tire clearance, ease of service, and we control the stiffness exactly how we want. Racing Axles use more material than the standard axle, making the swingarm 30% stiffer.
WHY STIFFER
Stiffer is not for everyone. Most riders are better off with a more compliant frame. A Stiff frame is something that doesn’t easily flex or bend. A very stiff frame translates into a bike that is very accurate in turning at high speeds, but is not so forgiving of mistakes. We have learned that a nimbler rear triangle is easier to corner at low speed. Overall this makes the bike more tolerant of errors and adds more comfort.
Race axles are for racers, big boys, and fast riders. You’ll know if you need them.

Our bikes are a masterpiece of Finnish engineering. They are constructed using the highest tensile aerospace, aluminum, with nearly double the strength of ordinary welded frames. The frame is CNC-machined in two halves, ensuring stability and a precise tolerance of 0.01mm while maintaining a lightweight design. This level of precision extends to all the frame components, resulting in a smooth and responsive suspension, enhanced durability, and unmatched quality.
ZERO WASTE
We are committed to environmentally conscious practices throughout our operations. Aluminum is endlessly reusable material, and every remnant from the milling process is recycled, leaving no waste behind. This approach extends to all our manufacturing processes, with everything being recycled. Moreover, we refrain from using hazardous chemicals. Instead of wet paint or anodizing, we utilize electrophoretic clearcoat, a sustainable alternative that meets all requirements. This process avoids heavy or toxic chemicals, and all wastewater is securely stored and later recycled. By conducting the entire treatment in-house, we maintain full control over the processes and their by-products.

All our bike frames come with a five-year transferable warranty, providing you with peace of mind and assurance of their durability. We subject our frames to rigorous independent testing to ensure their robustness and reliability. The aluminum we use in our frames exhibits an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, surpassing carbon in its ability to withstand higher forces without deformation or failure. What is an E-MTB?
An Electric Mountain Bike (E-MTB) is a mountain bike equipped with an integrated motor that assists you as you pedal. It’s important to note that the motor only engages when you pedal, so it’s not a free ride!
E-MTB (Motor-ON) vs MTB (Motor-OFF):
The key difference between an E-MTB and a traditional Mountain Bike (MTB) is the integrated motor in the E-MTB. Aluminum vs Carbon:
While carbon frames typically can be lighter, our manufacturing technique allow us to build the frames lighter than they would be for traditional aluminum frames. Our frames compete with their carbon counter-parts on the weight. With Motor-ON the additional weight of the E-MTB’s motor and battery makes the weight difference less significant. Our bikes are made from high-strength aluminum, which is not only durable but also recyclable, making it a more eco-friendly choice.
Travel Considerations:
The amount of travel your E-MTB has will determine the type of terrain it can comfortably handle. More travel means better shock absorption for rough terrains. Both our Trail and Gravity platforms allow you to customize your ride based on the terrain.
Battery Capacity:
The distance you can travel on one charge of an E-MTB depends on several factors, including battery capacity, motor efficiency, rider weight, and terrain. While our E-MTBs are designed for efficiency, factors like proper gear usage and maintaining a steady speed can help extend your battery life.
