A Hiisi is not a product you configure from a dropdown menu. It's a conversation. We discuss your riding, your terrain, your preferences — and you choose every component to match. Suspension tuning, drivetrain ratio, handlebar width, tire compound. Nothing is default.
We work with a selected group of component manufacturers who share our standards for precision and durability. Each partnership exists for a specific engineering reason.

Maxon Air S
Maxon (Sachseln, Switzerland) has engineered precision drives since 1961. Their motors flew on every Mars rover from Sojourner to Perseverance, and on Ingenuity, the first helicopter on another planet. They power surgical robotics and insulin pumps. The Air S — 2 kg, 90 Nm, 620 W peak — is what happens when that engineering culture turns to a bicycle.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you begin
Everything that matters: frame geometry based on your measurements and riding style, suspension setup, component selection, motor choice, and finish. This isn't a color picker — it's a complete engineering consultation.
Minor adjustments are possible before machining begins. Once your frame enters the CNC queue, the geometry is locked. Component changes may still be possible depending on availability and compatibility.
A single frame architecture that spans 152–200 mm of travel, three wheel sizes, and multiple riding styles. One platform that adapts to you — not the other way around.
All standard products carry the EU statutory two-year warranty from delivery. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failure. Normal wear, crash damage, and third-party modifications are excluded. Hiisi Bespoke warranty terms are provided separately.

Yes. Every proprietary part — linkage hardware, bearings, axle components — is available directly from us. We don't discontinue parts for current-generation frames.
