The Bike

Hiisi Bespoke is the world's first Adaptive Platform bike — a CNC-machined e-MTB that covers 152 to 200 mm from a single frame. Designed by one engineer, built in our own factory in Jyväskylä, and configured for you. 50 builds a year. No two the same.

Every Hiisi frame is CNC-machined from aerospace-grade solid aluminium billets. The frame components are precision-machined individually and then assembled using Pole's patented method — a combination of structural bonding and mechanical reinforcement. The entire process happens in our own factory in Jyväskylä, Finland.

The Adaptive Platform spans 12 configurations from a single frame:

Travel ranging from 152 mm to 200 mm. Three different wheel setups. Every build is tailored to the rider's body measurements, riding style and terrain preferences.

Whether you ride technical enduro, bike park laps or all-mountain adventures — the platform adapts to you.

Yes. Hiisi Bespoke is an e-MTB.

50 in 2026. Each frame is built to order, one at a time. We don't do mass production — every Hiisi is made for a specific rider.

Designed and hand-built in Jyväskylä, Finland.

Your Build

It starts with a conversation — usually with Leo. We'll ask about your riding, your terrain, and what you want from the bike. Then we recommend a configuration, agree on components, and build it in our factory. You'll know exactly what you're getting before we start.

Starting from €9,084 for the frameset and €12,946 for a complete build. Both prices are VAT-exclusive — VAT is added at checkout based on your shipping destination. Final pricing depends on your configuration and component choices. A €250 fully refundable deposit reserves your production slot and covers the consultation process.

From confirmation to delivery is typically 3–4 months, depending on your configuration and current production queue. A €250 refundable deposit secures your production slot — once your spec is confirmed, you pay 50% to start the build and the remaining 50% before shipping. We'll confirm the exact timeline during your consultation.

Payment & Cancellation

Yes. Before you accept your offer, your €250 deposit is fully refundable — no questions asked. After confirmation and the 50% payment, cancellation is no longer possible as production has begun with your specific components and frame specifications.

It secures your production slot and covers the time our team invests in your consultation and specification. It's deducted from your final price.

Bank transfer and major credit cards. All prices are in EUR. Any transaction fees charged by your bank or card issuer are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the quoted price. We can discuss payment arrangements during your consultation.

Delivery & Timeline

3–4 months from confirmation. CNC machining, e-coating, assembly, and quality checks take time. We don't rush.

Yes. We ship worldwide. Non-EU customers are responsible for local import duties and taxes — we'll provide all documentation needed for customs clearance.

Yes. You'll receive progress updates at key milestones: frame machining, coating, assembly, and final quality check.

Customization & Technical

Everything that matters: frame geometry based on your measurements and riding style, suspension setup, component selection, motor choice, and finish. This isn't a color picker — it's a complete engineering consultation.

Minor adjustments are possible before machining begins. Once your frame enters the CNC queue, the geometry is locked. Component changes may still be possible depending on availability and compatibility.

Warranty & Service

We stand behind every frame we make — and we made yours right here in Jyväskylä. The statutory EU warranty applies. For bespoke builds, separate delivery terms will be provided with your order.

Contact us directly at care@polebicycles.com. For routine maintenance, any qualified bike mechanic can service your Hiisi. For frame-specific issues, we handle it from Finland.

Yes. Every proprietary part — linkage hardware, bearings, axle components — is available directly from us. We don't discontinue parts for current-generation frames.
