Shipping Partners

We ship via selected logistics partners including Shipit, DHL, FedEx, UPS and Posti. The carrier is selected based on your location and the items ordered.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and carrier.

International Orders

We ship internationally. For orders delivered outside Finland, any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees imposed by your country's authorities are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Hiisi Bespoke Deliveries

Delivery arrangements for Hiisi Bespoke orders are handled individually and communicated during the build process.
