Complete our rider questionnaire — a detailed profile covering your measurements, riding style, terrain, and ambitions. Pay a refundable €250 deposit to secure your production slot.
YOUR CONVERSATION
The consultation
A one-on-one video meeting with our Chief Designer. Together, we translate your profile into precise specifications — geometry, suspension, components, motor, and finish.
YOUR SPECIFICATION
The offer
A detailed, personalized offer for your Hiisi. Every specification, the total price, and the delivery timeline. Nothing hidden. Everything transparent. One round of revisions included.
YOUR CONFIRMATION
The commitment
Accept your offer and pay 50% of the total price. Your production slot is locked. We order your specific components and your frame enters the CNC machining queue.
YOUR MACHINE TAKES SHAPE
The production
Your frame is CNC-machined from solid aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminium and assembled using Pole's patented method — bonded and mechanically joined. E-coated on our own line and built with your components. You'll receive updates as production progresses.
YOUR MACHINE IS READY
The delivery
Your Hiisi is built, quality-checked, and ready to ride. Pay the remaining 50% and we ship it directly to your door.
