TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by Mahtisonni Oy, operating under the trade name Pole Bicycles ("we", "us", "our"). Business ID: 3444291-5. VAT number: FI34442915. Our registered address is in Jyväskylä, Finland.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1 — SCOPE

These terms apply to all purchases made through polebicycles.com. Hiisi Bespoke frames and builds are made-to-order products subject to separate Bespoke Delivery Terms provided at the time of order. In the event of conflict, the Bespoke Delivery Terms prevail for those products.

2 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

3 — ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION

An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page or communicated at the time of order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (STANDARD PRODUCTS)

For standard products purchased through our online shop, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

To exercise this right, contact us at care@polebicycles.com. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging.

This right does not apply to made-to-order or personalised products, including Hiisi Bespoke frames and builds.

6 — WARRANTY

Standard products sold through our shop carry a warranty as specified on the product page. Statutory warranty rights under Finnish and EU consumer law apply in all cases.

Warranty terms for Hiisi Bespoke products are defined separately in the Bespoke Delivery Terms.

7 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including images, text, design and trademarks — is the property of Mahtisonni Oy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content without our written permission.

9 — PRIVACY

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If a dispute cannot be resolved between the parties, you may submit the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi). You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11 — CHANGES

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
