This is the new Single-Piece Swingarm for Pole Voima and Vikkelä.

We created this component based on the original geometry for the Pole Voima and Vikkelä. Our goal was to achieve maximum stiffness and the least possible weight from a single billet design.

Notice!
Black anodizing, compliant with ISO 7599:2018, is applied. Due to the inherent properties of 7075 aluminum alloy, slight color variations or hazing may be observed.
RAW Clear is our original electrophoretic clear coat that is made in-house.
RAW does not have any surface treatment, and the surface might corrode if subjected to chemicals or if the natural oxidation is removed.
Why single piece
A single-piece design is a more affordable way to manufacture CNC parts. At the moment, we do not have access to the facilities where we can securely bond and surface treat pieces as the original pieces were made.
A single-piece design comes with a weight penalty. The original V4 swingarm weighed 700g, and the new single-piece swingarm weighs 1200g. The reason for this is that the original two-piece and bonded hollow design is structurally stiffer than a pocketed single-piece design. We have managed to match the stiffness of the original design to give riders the same riding experience as with the original product.
